Project 39 started as grassroots effort to help other Kansas City moms

The simple idea of moms helping moms has started to make a big impact in Kansas City. Project 39 started when a group of women, nearing their 40th birthdays, wanted to make an impact on the community before turning 40. The efforts are simple and grassroots, including their first event The Mother of all Happy Hours. The money and donations benefit The Family Conservancy .
