Limoncello Mojito Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

• 3 lime wedges
• 1 lemon wedge
• Splash of simple syrup
• 2 oz. housemade limoncello splash of sour club soda

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3 lime wedges and 1 lemon wedge.
2. Add Splash of simple syrup, a splash of sour, and 2 ounces of Housemade Limoncello.
3. Add ice, shake well, and pour into a pint glass.
4. Top with a splash of club soda.

Key Lime Pie Martini Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

• 1.5 oz. housemade limoncello
• 1.0 oz. Stoli vanilla
• 3/4 oz. cream
• 3/4 oz. sour
• 1.0 oz. Roses lime juice
• 3 lime wedges

DIRECTIONS:

1. Rub a lime wedge around the rims of a martini glass.
2. Place the graham cracker crumbs on a small plate.
3. Dip the rims of the glasses in the crumbs to coat.
4. In a cocktail shaker, combine housemade limoncello, Stoli vanilla, cream, sour, Roses lime juice, and the fresh squeeze of 3 lime wedges.
5. Add ice, cover, and shake until well chilled.
6. Strain into the rimmed martini glass.
