BRGR dishes up their BRGR burger

The BRGR
INGREDIENTS
Onion Bun
8 oz Burger Patty
2 oz sautéed onions
1/2 teaspoon Salt
     1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 slice American cheese
2 sliced Pickles
1 Tablespoon BRGR Mustard

METHOD
Sauté onions until golden brown. Set aside.
Place burger patty on a plate and season on both sides with salt & pepper.
Grill burger patty at 450 degrees until desired temperature.
Top with sautéed onions.
Then top with cheese and melt.

While cheese is melting, place bun open side down on the grill.
Spread mustard on the top bun.
Place grilled burger on the bottom bun. Place pickles and the top bun to complete the perfect BRGR.
