Fruttie di Mare

1 tsp. butter
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. Fresh ground garlic
¼ cup white wine
¼ cup chicken stock
Pinch of:  Salt
         Freshly chopped parsley
         Red pepper flakes
3 large scallops
3 Jumbo Prawns (13/15)
1 cup chopped  Squid (body and tentacle)
4 Green lip Mussels (with shell)
4 large Clams (with shell)
