Chef Carl Thorne-Thomsen from Story in Prairie Village, Kan. is one of ten chefs nominated for Food and Wine magazine's The People's Best New Chef Midwest. Monday morning in the KC Live kitchen, he made a delicious ceviche. Chef Thorne-Thomsen is also a semi-finalist for the Best Chef Midwest by the James Beard Foundation.
