This is Kansas City, we all know and love BBQ and can't imagine the thought of having to give it up due to dietary restrictions. Brendon O'Neil, Owner of Gluten-Free for Men, dishes on his gluten-free sauce and shares a recipe perfect for game time.
Cream Cheese BBQ Brisket Dip
Ingredients (can be made without the brisket, or substitute shredded chicken):
One package of cream cheese
2/3 c. Kansas City Natural sauce
1/3 c. ranch dressing
2-3 strands green onion, chopped
1/4 c. cheddar cheese
1.5 c. burnt ends (chopped brisket)
To serve cold, simply blend all ingredients together in a food processor. If you want to serve it hot (recommended), then blend all ingredients except brisket in food processor. Then heat the mixture over the stovetop and add the brisket. Cook until desired temperature. Serve with any kind of chips you prefer.
