Cost: $70 for a five-course meal with views overlooking the Plaza lights. Wine pairings are available for each of the five courses for an additional $30.

Niedermeyers Bow
1  1/2 ounces Bombay Sapphire gin
1 ounce maple syrup
¾-ounce ounce lime juice
½-ounce Benedictine
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 egg white
Combine ingredients in a shaker without ice. Shake hard. 
Add ice and shake again.
Strain into cocktail glass and serve.
