Wine and Food Pairing Dinner

Johnny's, in the private "Board Room"
1 fz. Olive Oil
4 ea. Shrimp, 21/25, Tails Off
2 wz. Lobster Meat, Knuckle & Claw
1 wz. Prosciutto, Sliced
6 ea. Artichoke Hearts
2 Tbsp. Sun Dried Tomatoes
1 wz. Spinach
3/4 tsp. Lobster Base
6 fz. Cream Reduction
6 ea. Ravioli
1. Sauté seafood, prosciutto, artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes together in hot oil.
2. Add base and cream reduction and simmer.
3. Heat ravioli separately and toss in with spinach.
4. Garnish with shredded parmesan.
