"One Eyed Jack" burger
1 burger patty (premium ground beef)
Pepper jack cheese
Garnish: lettuce, onion and tomato
Sear burger in a hot pan or on the grill until reaching desired "doneness." Medium to medium well is recommended. Then fry your egg, as well as the bacon. To assemble the burger, place the patty on the bottom bun and stack it with pepper jack cheese, the jalapeno bacon and place the fried egg on top. Set the other bun to the side of the plate with the traditional lettuce, onion and tomato garnish.
