FETTUCINI MINELLI
- 8 fz. Cream Reduction
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1.5 wz. Grated Parmesan
- 1-6oz Fettuccini
- Simmer Cream reduction with butter
- Heat prepared pasta and toss with cream reduction
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese and serve
CREAM REDUCTION
- 1 Qt. Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Coarse Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped/minced Garlic
- Place in saucepan simmer on low to medium heat
- for 1/2 hour.
- Remove from heat and cool until needed for
