Renee Kelly makes a batch of one of Santa's favorite cookies

With Santa gearing up for his whirlwind trip around the world it is time to start baking up one of his favorite treats! Watch the video in the player above as Renee Kelly, Chef and Owner of Renee Kelly's Harvest dishes up peanut butter balls!

Peanut Butter Balls
1 each 18 oz jar peanut butter
4 oz margarine
8 oz powdered sugar or ½ bag
4 C. puffed rice cereal
1 each 8 oz Hershey chocolate bar
1 each 6 oz package chocolate chips
2 Tbs peanut butter
1/3 bar paraffin wax
Melt the peanut butter and margarine on low heat.
Once melted remove from heat and stir in the puffed rice cereal and the powdered sugar.
In a separate pan over a double boiler melt the Hershey bar, chocolate chips, peanut butter.  Stir until combines.
Melt the paraffin wax in a different pot and stream into the chocolate mixture
Form the peanut butter mixture into balls about the size of a silver dollar.
Using a toothpick, dip them into the chocolate mixture.  Lay on a sheet tray with parchment until they are dry.
