Avoid the "salty six" while snacking during March Madness

It's important not to eat too much sodium, and there are six snacks that are most likely to overload the daily recommendation of sodium. The American Heart Association says the "Salty Six" include Breads & Rolls, Cold Cuts & Cured Meats, Pizza, Poultry, Soup, and Sandwiches. As with most dietary recommendations, you don't have to avoid the food altogether, but eat the "salty six" in moderation.
