Get a quick, full-body workout with just five exercises

Many people have fast paced lives, so they're looking for an easy workout to do at home. Kelvin Franklin from Sandpit Fitness says you can get a full body workout with just five easy movements. He recommends combining a knee tuck stretch, clock lunges, modified push ups, side plank and skater jumps for a well-rounded workout.
