SMOTHERED STEAK
PROCEDURE
1. Season steak and brush with olive oil. Grill or broil to desired temperature. Top with Provolone cheese and melt.
2. Sauté mushrooms and onions until tender. De-glaze pan with DeBurgo mix, wine and Madeira.
3. Present steak topped with mushrooms and onions

Top Sirloin (9 oz.) 1 ea.
Steak Season 1 tsp.
Olive Oil To Brush On
Provolone Cheese 1 Slice
Steak Onions 1 wz.
Portabella Mushrooms 2 wz.
DeBurgo Mix 1 Scoop
White Wine 1/2 fz.
Madeira Wine 1/2 fz.
