"The InCider's Club"
In a cocktail shaker combine the following ingredients
1.5 oz Congnac or Brandy
.75 oz Cardamaro Amaro
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz Louisberg Cider Syrup
.25 St. Elizabeth's Allspice Dram
Add ice and shake until cold, strain contents into a cocktail glass of your choosing. This drink may be served up or on the rocks. Top with a dry hard cider and garnish with fresh apple slices or a baked apple chip.
