RICH HILL, Mo. - A big documentary debuts on Friday and it’s all about a small town just about an hour south of Kansas City.
"Rich Hill" won big at Sundance. It focuses on three boys from that town. One of the directors grew up in central Missouri.
The emotional documentary shows the life of struggling families in the rural town. You can watch it starting Friday at the Screenland Crown Center or the Glenwood Arts Theatre in Overland Park.
Critics have been kind to the film. There are mostly favorable reviews. Take a look:
