Gadams offered the following advice on how to stick with your weight loss program:

Want to lose weight? Start with a balanced approach; good nutrition and regular exercise are the key components. Keep away from starvation diets. Cut 125 calories from your daily diet and in a month you will lose 1 pound. If you can do more, the results will be even better.
But don't forget the exercise. Start small. You need to walk before you can run. Walk as much as possible and don't be afraid to break out into a jog, even for short distances at a time. Take the stairs instead of the elevator and be sure to park as far from your destination as possible. Find a regular exercise regiment that will allow you great results while working out at a pace you can handle. Regular exercise can help you burn another three-plus pounds per month. With these small changes, think of what you can accomplish!
