Recipe: Pink grapefruit and fresh mint margaritas

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - INGREDIENTS:

5 Large pink grapefruits,

15 fresh mint leaves,

2 oz. orange triple sec,

8 oz. tequila,

1/3 C. agave nectar,

1/2 C. sugar.

Cut one grapefruit into wedges and place sugar on a small plate. Juice the other four grapefruits into a large pitcher. Add agave nectar and stir. Tear mint leaves and add them to the pitcher, then add triple sec and tequila. Add ice and give it a good stir. Take a wedge of grapefruit and rub it around the edge of the glass, then dip into the sugar.
