There’s a new kind of “fast” food out there. It’s calledEat Fit Go.

Sure, we all eat. And, we’re on the go. But, how about that fit part?

For about a week now, at Hawthorne Plaza in Leawood, there’s been a place where all three parts do come together.

According to Erik Bird of Eat Fit Go, the idea is to make it easy and affordable to eat the way we were meant to eat:

  • Chef-driven
  • Made fresh in Kansas City every day
  • No preservatives…you can pronounce everything in the place
  • Low sodium
  • Allergy friendly
  • Oh, and delicious

Of course, you can eat in the store but, for most, it’s the "go" part of the equation that grabs them.

Fill up your shopping basket with a day’s worth or a week’s worth of “clean” eating.

The menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks list all ingredients and the calories, as well as other information vital for your vitals.

So, “Get Yo Mac On” or head south for “NOLA’s Dirty Rice” or reel in a “Look Good Naked Salmon” and feel fit about what you eat as you go, go, go.
