Motivation Monday: Working out at the Body Lab

It has been called The Celebrity Workout, because it was born in the wilds of Hollywood!

A Pilates master named Sebastien Lagree saw that many of his Pilates students were heading for the treadmill after their sessions.

So, Lagree decided to create a Pilates workout that would get your heart pumping.

Being such a successful experiment in fitness, it’s only natural the gym would be called The Body Lab.

In Leawood, the “lab technicians” are Jena and Michael Green.

They keep the classes going from before the sun comes up until dark.

Thanks to a machine called the MegaFormer, impact on your joints is nearly eliminated and all the power, effort and exertion is focused on your muscles.

According to Michael, this 50-minute workout gets the heart rate up and tones the body at the same time.

Although it looks smooth, balanced and, almost, tranquil, the sweat rolls and the results are very real.

The Greens say that any age or fitness level can find success at The Body Lab.

The Body Lab and this show biz-tested workout can turn you into a celebrity in your own life.
