KANSAS CITY, Mo - A metro company is putting the saying “one man's trash is another man's treasure” to practice.
Resolution Reuse just opened an outlet store in Kansas City. They sell clothes and textiles by the pound and what isn't bought is shipped to third world countries.
All of the items were once donated to thrift stores but did not sell.
Although this is their first outlet, Resolution Reuse says it won't be their last.
"We'll probably try to open some more outlets throughout the state of Missouri, offer it to other communities like this one," Joshua Ruble, Resolution Reuse’s owner said.
The outlet is located directly under the 12th Street bridge.
