It's getting more expensive to visit ATMs outside of your bank's network, according to a new study.
Fees that banks and credit unions charge non-customers have soared 20 percent from 2007 to 2012.
The report by the US Government Accountability Office says fees range from 45 cents to as high as $5.
There is some good news, however. The fees banks charge their own customers for going out of network has not changed much, according to the study.
