It discusses why millennials are unhappy with their jobs. Millenials are people between ages 18 and 29 years old.
We asked local expert Karen Silins, Founder and CEO of A Plus Career & Resume. She believes it comes down to being told to go to college and specialize in a field. Silins warns most millennials are struggling to find jobs in their field so they settle for something they don't want.
She advises millennials to not give up, and to get any real world experience they can, including internships.
