KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Police are searching for a gunman after a man was shot Monday morning near 12th and Genesee in Kansas City, Mo.
Police said the shooting at happened shortly after 3 a.m., and the victim arrived at the University of Kansas Hospital at about 3:30 a.m.
According to police, the person who was shot was a man in his 20s.
Initially his injuries were said to be critical, but police say he is expected to be OK.
Police have little suspect information. They are looking for a black car, possibly a Chevy Impalala.
