A man has been arrested on suspicion of kidnapping and robbery at an Overland Park bank.
Samvel Petrosyan, 60, is still in custody of the Johnson County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond, according to the Johnson County Sheriff's Office.
Charging documents indicate Petrosyan allegedly held a person by force, while forcing the victim to drive to a bank with the intention to commit robbery.
The perpetration of that robbery failed, according to the documents.
