Man charged with accessory in kidnapping of Harrisonville siblings

CASS COUNTY, Mo. - One man has been charged with being an accessory in the kidnapping of three Harrisonville, Mo., siblings.

On Friday, the Cass County Prosecutor's Office charged Jacob Miers with three counts of Accessory Interference with Custody.

The three were last seen eating lunch at their home with their father. Miers and the trio was later found with their non-custodial mother, Sherri Lynn Davis, in Calgary, Alberta.

Miers is Davis' son from a previous marriage.
