Man with KCK connections wanted for attempted murder in Colorado

A man with connections to Kansas City, Kansas is wanted for attempted murder in Colorado.

On Feb. 21, Frank Junior Sanchez allegedly shot a man during a marijuana deal that went bad, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office in Colorado. The man sustained life-threatening injuries but is expected to survive.

Sanchez is a Hispanic man, 5’10” tall, weighs 195 pounds and has black hair, brown eyes, and acne scars on his face.

His last known address was in Fort Collins, Colorado, but he has ties to the Fort Collins and Kansas City, Kansas areas. The sheriff’s office said it’s working with the FBI Kansas City Field Office to find Sanchez.

Sanchez is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who comes in contact with him should call 911.

Crimestoppers is offering up to a $2,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
