Police say a car chase involving several officers reached 100 miles per hour speeds in Kansas City.
The driver ran through stop lights and stop signs and even managed to briefly escape officers before being spotted by a police helicopter.
At one point during the chase, he stopped to let a woman out of the car. She was picked up by police and claimed the driver raped her.
The driver was eventually arrested when he turned down a dead-end street in Gladstone.
