Leawood McDonald's employee shot during robbery

LEAWOOD, Kan. - A pair of robbers shot a Leawood McDonald's employee late Saturday during a violent incident inside the restaurant.

Police said the attack happened about 11:15 p.m. at West 119th Street and Roe Avenue.

No details on the employees condition were immediately available.

The two men, described by police as in their 20's with medium builds, fled in a white or silver SUV.

One man wore dreadlocks, a grey zipped sweatshirt with a muscle shirt underneath.

The second man wore a white sleeveless shirt over a red hooded sweatshirt.

Police said that man also wore a two-toned baseball cap.
