Royals attendee trades 7th inning stretch for mid-game swim

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - One Royals game attendee traded the seventh-inning stretch for a mid-game swim on Monday night.

Jessica McCoy, 25, waded in the fountains at Kauffman Stadium and is now facing criminal charges.

Royals policy states "if at any time a fan enters a fountain, they will be immediately arrested, transported to the police station downtown and charged to the fullest extent of the law."

According to Kansas City police, McCoy is charged with trespassing for being in the fountain, resisting arrest and solicitation because she offered a sexual favor when she was being booked.
