UPDATE:10:00AM 9/16/2017: Police have identified the victim as Andrew Holmes, 23 of KCMO.
UPDATE 7:35PM 9/13/2017: Police say the man shot at 80th and Troost in Kansas City, Missouri has died.
The man was reportedly shot at about 5:45 p.m. Wednesday. He was hit in the chest and a leg.
The shots were reportedly fired from a white vehicle.
No word on what led to the violence and police have not released any suspect information.
