Suspect sought in shooting at Kansas City bus stop

Non-life threatening injuries reported

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Police are looking for the man who shot someone at a Kansas City bus stop Saturday evening.

Just after 5:30 p.m., police were called to the bus stop at 24th Street and Hardesty Avenue on a reported shooting. When they arrived, they found one person with non-life threatening injuries as a result of a gunshot wound.

Police said the suspected shooter ran eastbound from the scene.

Several streets in the area were blocked off while police investigated.
