OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - In the spirit of Thanksgiving, a local medical center is giving away six free surgeries.
The goal is to help local patients be able to walk comfortably.
Orthopedic surgeons at Menorah Medical Center, in Overland Park, say these operations are life-changing.
They'll be performing pro-bono hip and knee surgeries on Dec. 7.
Monday, they'll have their pre-operation class at Menorah Medical Center.
