He was located out of state.

Authorities need help locating a missing Shawnee man.
Bill Oxley, 65, was last seen around 10:30 a.m. Friday at a gas station near 55th Street and K-7 Highway.
Oxley is approximately 5’8”, 235 lbs. with short white/silver hair and green eyes.
Oxley was last seen wearing black shorts, a blue golf pullover and white tennis shoes.
He drives a 2005 Grey Cadillac CTS V with the license plate “952HWB”.
Authorities say his phone was smashed and his wallet was found empty.
Oxley works as a KU Medical security guard.
