William Warren and his wife Barbara traveled to Oklahoma this morning to pick up their daughter, Lillie.
Lillie was abducted by her mother after a bitter custody dispute in 2010.
U.S. marshals located the pair in Oklahoma City and arrested the mother last night.
William Warren spoke to his daughter for the first time in three years during an exclusive interview with 41 Action News on Monday night.
"This is all temporary, so stop crying and be strong as I've always told you to be. I love you more baby. You be strong ok. And I will be there for you," Warren said on the phone speaking to Lillie.
