Lawrence police found a dead man after responding to a domestic disturbance Friday evening.
Officers were called to the 400 block of Ohio Street around 9 p.m. for a domestic disturbance that involved weapons.

Upon arrival, officers located a female who had significant injuries and a deceased male.
The deceased male has been identified as Lenny Dwayne Morrison, 42, of Lawrence.
The female was treated for her injuries at Lawrence Memorial Hospital and has since been released.
The investigation is ongoing.
No arrests have been made and no further information has been released.
