Family of murdered KCK teen plead for the public's help to find his killer

KANSAS CITY, Kan. - Police are asking for the public's help to find the person who shot and killed a 17-year-old boy on Sunday.

On Wednesday night, friends and family of the victim, Ramon Bradley, held a vigil in his memory.

Ramon was a senior at F.L. Schlagle High School. He was shot and killed while in a car with his friends. The group had just left the JFK Community Center early Sunday morning.
More than 80 people turned out for the vigil Wednesday in a parking lot along Fairfax Trafficway. Several people including his mother, Ramona Bradley, spoke of the importance of talking to police.
"If y'all love my son the way that I do, please if you know anything or if you saw anything, if you've heard anything," tell police, Bradley said.
At the end of the vigil, the crowd released 17 balloons to represent each year of Ramon's life.
