KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Independence police are asking for the public's help locating a missing man with dementia and a stroke-related illness.
Robert W. Resch, 64, was last seen at 5:45 p.m. leaving Cable-Dahmer Chevrolet on Noland Road in Independence. He as driving a silver 2010 Ford Escape with Missouri license plates.
He's described as 5'7" tall, weighs 256 pounds and has grey hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who has seen Roberts or his vehicle is encouraged to call 911, local law enforcement of the Independence Police Department 816-836-3600.
