The prestigious web.com tour has 26 tournaments where pro and pro-am golfers compete in a season-long chase for 59 available PGA TOUR cards.

One hundred fifty-six golfers were scheduled to play in Overland Park at the Nicklaus Golf Club at Liongate, starting on July 27. However, Mother Nature had other plans.

The greens were flooded on the first day of the Digital Ally Open, so the start date was pushed back to Friday.

It still plans to hold four rounds for a total of 36 holes. Two rounds will be played on Sunday.

The course was flooded and grounds crews had to drain the water.

There are golfers from other countries participating like Australia and England.

There are also local high-level golfers like Michael Letzig from Kansas City, UMKC-grad Korbin Kuehn from Overland Park and Ryan Zech, Mizzou.

Golfers teed off at 8 a.m.
