KCI flights halted after bug infestation

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Flights at KCI airport were halted for 10 minutes on Saturday after a bug infestation in the Enroute Radar Control Center in Olathe, Kan.

The delay lasted between five and 10 minutes as controllers were bit by an infestation of spiders.

KCI Spokeswoman Kathleen Hefner says employees were moved briefly while the infestation was taken care of.
