KU PhD student charged with breach of privacy

LAWRENCE, Kan. - A 34-year-old Lawrence, Kan., resident and KU  PhD student Orion Graf was charged with 10 felony counts of breach of privacy on Monday.

According to court documents, he secretly videotaped people without their consent at least 10 times from November 2012 to February 2013.

He allegedly set up peep-hole cameras to videotape people as they undressed.
