The Lawrence Police Department received a report of shots being fired towards the basketball court near the KU campus on August 16.
The report came in at 12:09 a.m. near the 1400 block of Tennessee Street.
Police say the suspects left the area in a dark colored vehicle. The suspects are being described as three black males with one of them wearing a white tank top and cargo shorts.
