Missing Grain Valley man sought, not seen since Thursday

GRAIN VALLEY, Mo. - An Endangered Person Advisory has been issued for a Grain Valley man who has not been seen since Thursday.

The Grain Valley Police Department and Missouri Highway Patrol have asked the public to be on the lookout for Aubrey W. Haynes, 43.

Haynes is described as being  6-5, 240 pounds and bald with brown eyes, and a dark complexion. He has a dialysis port in his upper right chest. Haynes was last seen wearing a white, lightweight jacket, white T-shirt, gray sweatpants and white tennis shoes.

He has been diagnosed with diabetes and has kidney failure. 

Haynes left his Grain Valley home Thursday without taking his necessary medication, and he did not take a change of clothes.  Haynes recently lost his job and had an argument with family members, during which he made suicidal statements.  Haynes was last seen staggering, possibly due to diabetic issues.  His cell phone has been disconnected, and he has known affiliates nationwide.

Haynes was driving a black 2007 Hummer H3 with Missouri license plate CG5U2H. He and the vehicle were last seen around 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, leaving his residence on Northwest Nicholas Drive in Grain Valley.

Anyone seeing Aubrey Haynes, any associate, or his vehicle, or anyone having any information about the case is asked to dial 911 for the nearest law-enforcement agency, or to call Grain Valley Police at(816) 524-4300.
