Monster Jam is taking over Sprint Center.
As Cole Venard, the driver of Grave Digger, says, the event is really a well-driven traffic accident - "controlled chaos.”
According to Venard, you have to be very focused at all times in the snug driver’s seat. Adrenaline takes over and you just keep rolling!
In addition to the Monsters, a new addition this year are the speedsters.
Mark List, also known as El Toro Loco, put one of the souped-up buggies through its dirt-throwing paces this morning.
List is one of the few Latino drivers on the circuit and the only one in this show. He said it makes him feel proud to be a representative of his heritage in what he calls "an All-American sport."
Both drivers encourage fans to wear ear plugs or headphones for this monstrous good time.
