KANSAS CITY, Mo. - One person died Thursday in a crash at East 39th and South Benton.
Officials told 41 Action News the crash may have involved a drunk driver.
A sergeant with the Accident Investigations Unit was on the scene.
He said two vehicles were traveling east on 39th Street when they collided.
The passenger in one car died. The drivers suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash and any possible driver impairment is under investigation.
