One person is dead after a vehicle went into a pond in Kansas City, Missouri.
Kansas City, Missouri, fire crews went to Blue Valley Park near 23rd Street and Topping Avenue on a water rescue. When crews arrived, they found a car in the pond at the park.
One person died, and another was taken to a hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
