Police are investigating a shooting in the area of E. 33rd St. and Garfield Ave. Sunday night.
Officers were called to the area just after 8:30 p.m. on a shots fired call detected by ShotSpotter technology. Initially, police did not find anyone at the scene, but the victim was found between two houses nearby.
He was transported to an area hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
