When officials arrived, flames were taking over the home. It was too intense for crews to go inside to fight the fire, so they had to water it down from the outside.
Thankfully the family wasn't home when the fire started.
The house has been ruled a total loss. The Red Cross is helping the family find a place to stay.
No word yet on what caused the fire. The investigation is ongoing.
