The Vice President of Park University sat down with Cynthia Newsome to discuss the largest incoming class in the university's history after a 66 percent spike in freshman enrollment.
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Park University welcomed its largest incoming freshman class in its 142-year history with record enrollment for the fall 2017 semester.
The Parkville campus welcomed 293 first-time freshmen for the fall, beating out the record of 257 set in 2008.
Enrollment is up 12.3 percent from last year, the university reported, from 1,295 to 1,455.
The school reported 9,510 students nationwide, a 5.2 percent increase from 2016.
