One man and woman were shot while lying in bed early Friday morning.
Police say someone walked up to the house at 43rd and College at approximately 3:15 a.m. and shot through the sides of the house where the bedroom wall is, as well as the other side of the house.
According to Sergeant James Keller, nine people were sleeping inside the home at 4234 College during the shooting. They woke up to hear shots being fired at their house. Three female adults, 2 male teenagers, a toddler and an infant got on a KCATA bus so they could be transported from the crime scene to the police station. Shortly after 6 a.m. the bus returned, bringing everyone back to the house.
Both victims were seriously hurt, and we are told one may not survive.

There is currently no suspect description.
